摘要:研究了XDS和MDEA两种溶剂对天然气中有机硫的吸收效果,并建立溶剂吸收模型研究了有机硫在溶剂中的选择性。结果表明,XDS和MDEA对模拟酸性天然气中高浓度的H2S和CO2均具有良好的脱除效果,在脱除高浓度的COS和硫醇等有机硫化物时,XDS显著优于MDEA。综合溶解性和传质性能两方面因素,有机硫在XDS溶剂中的吸收难易程度顺序为,COS最易吸收,甲硫醇和乙硫醇次之,异丙硫醇和正丙硫醇最难于吸收。以MDEA为溶剂时的亨利常数大于以XDS为溶剂时的亨利常数,而以MDEA为溶剂时的传质性能因子小于以XDS为溶剂时的传质性能因子,表明在溶解性和传质性能两方面XDS溶剂均优于MDEA溶剂。
In order to develop the solvent with satisfied organic sulfide removal performance for high sour natural gas, the absorption process using XDS and MDEA as solvent is investigated and the absorption model is established to evaluate the selectivity of the two solvents for removing organic sulfide. The results indicate that both of XDS and MDEA have excellent absorption performance for removing H2S and CO2. XDS shows evident advantages when absorbing high content COS and mercaptans compared with MDEA. From the aspects of the solubility and the mass transfer performance, COS is most easily absorbed in XDS. The methyl mercaptan and ethyl mercaptan come after. The isopropyl mercaptan and n-propylmercaptan are hard to be absorbed. Compared with MDEA, lower Henry constants and greater mass transfer factors are showed using XDS, therefore XDS has more excellent solubility and mass transfer performance for removing organic sulfide.
