摘要:航空发动机喷嘴结焦积碳会引起燃油雾化效果变差、燃烧效率低,甚至严重危害航空飞行器的安全。以空气为氧化气氛,研究了不同温度下GH605合金的高温氧化特性,以RP-3航空煤油为原料考察了高温下合金表面状态对结焦行为的影响。结果表明:随着氧化温度的升高,合金表面氧化膜以富铬氧化物及(Co,Ni,Mn)Cr2O4尖晶石为主,W、Ni元素较少,合金具有较好的抗高温氧化性能;氧化膜中含有少量的Co催化元素,氧化表面结焦初期仍以典型的催化结焦机制为主,之后转变为非催化结焦机制,焦炭呈无定型颗粒状。
Coking and carbon deposition on aircraft engine nozzles could cause poor fuel atomization effect,low combustion efficiency,and even seriously endanger the safety of aircraft.The high temperature oxidation characteristics of GH605 alloy at different temperatures were studied using air as the oxidation atmosphere,and the effect of alloy surface state on coking behavior at high temperatures was investigated using RP-3 aviation kerosene as raw material.The results show that as the oxidation temperature increased,the oxide film on the alloy surface was mainly composed of chromium rich oxide and(Co,Ni,Mn)Cr2O4 spinel,with fewer W and Ni elements.The alloy had good high temperature oxidation resistance.The oxide film contained a small amount of Co catalytic elements,and the typical catalytic coking mechanism was still dominant in the initial stage of surface coking.Later,it transformed into a non-catalytic coking mechanism,and the coke appeared as amorphous particles.
