摘要:采用反应精馏工艺,分别以溴化锂、碘化锂、苯磺酸、对甲苯磺酸、HZSM-5和大孔阳离子交换树脂为催化剂裂解二醋酸亚乙酯(EDA)制取醋酸乙烯(VAc),优选出具有较好催化活性的大孔阳离子交换树脂作为裂解催化剂。考察了反应温度、反应时间、n(Ac_2O)/n(EDA)、催化剂加入量对反应的影响,确定最适宜的工艺条件为:反应温度140℃、反应时间1.5h、裂解催化剂加入量20g、n(Ac_2O)/n(EDA)=4,在此条件下,EDA转化率59.98%,VAc选择性45.62%,乙醛选择性54.38%。在此基础上,通过Aspen Plus软件对1万t/a醋酸乙烯工艺进行了流程模拟,结果表明醋酸乙烯产品质量分数达99.9%,达到了设计要求。
Vinyl acetate (VAc) was prepared by cracking ethylidene diacetate (EDA) catalyzed by lithium bromide, lithium iodide, benzene sulfonic acid, p-toluenesulfonic acid, HZSM-5 and macroporous cation exchanged resin, respectively, and using the reactive distillation process to improve the yield. The macroporous cation exchanged resin exihibited the best activity, and selecting it as catalyst, the effects of reaction temperature, time, catalyst dosage and feed ratio of Ac20 to EDA on the reaction were investigated. The optimal process conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature of 140℃, reaction time of 1.5h, catalyst of 20g and Ae20/EDA molar ratio of 4. Under above conditions, the EDA conversion, VAc and acetaldehyde selectivities were 59.98%, 45.62% and 54.38%, respectively. A process simulation for the production of vinyl acetate with an annual output of 10,000 tons was carried out by Aspen Plus, and results show that the purity of vinyl acetate product could be up to 99.9% by mass, which meets the design requirements.
