摘要:对传统的固相反应法进行改进,采用两步法合成Sr2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+发光材料。比较两种方法合成的发光材料光致发光行为以及长余辉性能,并研究了不同煅烧温度对发光材料发光性能的影响。XRD分析表明,所合成样品为Sr2MgSi2O7晶体结构。发光材料的激发和发射光谱均表现为连续宽带谱,其发射峰位于466nm处。相同温度下,两步法合成的发光材料发光性能要优于传统固相反应法。
Two-step method which was supposed to improve conventional solid state reaction method synthesized Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+,Dy3+ materials. The photoluminescence behavior and the afterglow properties of the luminescent materials synthesized by the two-step method were compared with those synthesized by conventional method. XRD analysis indicates that the phosphor is Sr2MgSi2O7 crystal structure. The excitation and emission spectra of the materials are showing continuous broadband spectrum and its emission peak is at 466nm. The afterglow properties of the materials synthesized by two-step method are better than those synthesized by conventional method.
