摘要：NOVELTY - The invention relates to a process for preparing titanium dioxide mesoporous material which consists of, hydrolyzing the titanium alkoxide at a finite temperature and pH into octahedrite type nano particles, assembling the titanium dioxide nano particles through special method by using surface active agent as bridging agent, thermal treatment shaping to obtain the titanium dioxide mesoporous material with octahedrite phase pore walls.
