摘要:The good growth behavior was achieved for a Trichoplusia ni cell line,called Tn 5B1 4(Tn5)cells,in suspension culture by the use of IC-SFM serum free medium developed by our lab.This medium,combined with the specially designed spinner flask with relatively good culture environment,could support the fragile Tn5 cells to grow well even in low inoculum density.The effect of inner designs of spinner flasks on cellular growth and metabolism was discussed on the basis of this culture system.
