摘要:测定了不规则形状A30 1氨合成催化剂的形状系数和球化的当量直径及高压下本征动力学方程 ,采用SPSR法测定的曲折因子 ,建立了多组分单一反应等温球形A30 1氨合成催化剂内反应 -扩散一维模型 ,用正交配置法求解了模型 。
The shape factor and equivalent diameter of spheroidized irregular A301 ammonium synthesis catalyst were measured. The tortuosity factor of irregular A301 catalyst was determined by SPSRM. So one dimension isothermal multi component reaction diffusion model was established in the irregular A301 ammonium synthesis catalyst based on the intrinsic kinetics under high pressure. The orthogonal collocation method as well as Broyden method was employed to solve the model equations. And the intraparticle diffusion efficiency factor and the concentration distributions of individual component in the catalyst were obtained. The model was verified by the global kinetics data under high pressure obtained in a gradientless reactor.
