摘要:对文题的吸附平衡、吸附及脱附的工艺条件进行了考察。用Lang-muir-Freundlich公式关联了吸附平衡数据。根据吸附的性质,关联了吸附穿透曲线,解释了床层动力学现象。结果表明,利用此技术可将氢气中CO体积含量从2×10 ̄(-6)~16×10 ̄(-6)降至1×10 ̄(-6)以下,吸附剂单位处理量达6×10 ̄(-3)m ̄3/g以上(标准状况下气体体积)。同时,吸附剂再生容易,经120℃处理,即可脱附完全。该吸附剂经多次循环,性能稳定,具有一定工业应用价值。
The purification of hydrogen for TDI was studied.The CO in hydrogen was re-quired to be reduced by adsorption to lower than 1×10 ̄(-6).The active carbon supported cop-per,which can selectively adsorb CO,was used as adsorbent.The adsorption equilibrum ,operation conditions of adsorption and dessorption were studied too. It is showed that this pro-cess can reduce the concentration of CO in hydrogen lower than 1×10 ̄(-6). The high through-put capacity and good dessorption property of the adsorbent will make it more useful in commerical.
