摘要：本文以国际化视野为背景,通过对国内外能源管理体系发展的历程和经验的总结,梳理能源管理体系的概念、实施内容等,并以我国能源管理体系建设经验为参照,探讨我国高校能源管理体系的规划方法与模式,以供我国高校能源管理体系建设提供理论与参考。
This article summarizes development history and experiences of energy management system through domestic and foreign cases based on international perspective background. Meanwhile it collects concepts and implementation contents of energy management system and discusses planning method and mode of our college energy management system combined with construction experiences of our energy management system as reference. Finally theory and references of constructing our college energy management system come from it.
