摘要:采用自制的适度磺化的苯乙烯-二乙烯苯交联聚合树脂,吸附二硝基苯肼后的填充柱采集雨水中的甲醛,用高效液相色谱法进行测定,检测下限可达0.2μg·l^(-1),线性范围在4.6—190μg·l^(-1),峰高与甲醛浓度之间的相关系数可达0.9997,对浓度为19μg·l^(-1)的甲醛6次重复测定的相对标准偏差为2.7%,经对上海地区雨水实际样品的测定表明,完全能满足雨水中甲醛测定的要求。
Determination of formaldehyde in rainwater is an important title in research of acid rain. In this paper, suitably sulfonated resin has been used. Dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) was adsorbed on this resin in advance. Formaldehyde in rainwater was collected on the column packed with this prepared resin and was determined by HPLC, For this method, operation is more simply, sensitivity is higher, the minimum detection limit is 0.2μg·l-1. Trie common pollutants in rainwater don' t influent determination of formaldehyde. This determination method has a good linearity, the correlation coefficient between formaldehyde concentration and peak height is 0.9997 in range of 4.6-190μg-HCHO·l-1. The relatively standard variance of this method is 2.7% when 6 samples with 190μg·l-1 formaldehyde was used to do parallelism test. It is found that the measurement results are satisfactory for determination of formaldehyde in rainwater in Shanghai, and that this method can satisfy the requirements of determination of formaldehyde in rainwater.
