摘要：我国行政体制改革的辩证否定规律表现为行政体制改革的三阶段:即起始阶段、革命性转变阶段和总体整合阶段。从起始阶段向革命性转变阶段的飞跃以政府职能转变的定位为标志,从革命性转变阶段向总体整合阶段的飞跃以政府职能转变的基本完成为标志。随着行政体制改革最终进入其第三个阶段,我国行政体制改革将会面临着三大任务,这就是行政体制改革辩证否定规律给予我们的重要启迪。
The law of dialectical negation of China’s administration reform has three stages,the beginning,the revolutionary transformation,and the general integration. The first leap is represented as the orientation of the change of the administrative functions. The second is the completion of this change. As it advances into the third stage,China’s administration reform will be faced with three tasks,which is the significant inspirations to us in the aspect of the law of dialectical negation.
