摘要:以PE装置挤出机减速器输入轴轴承为研究对象,并根据轴承实际承载情况,计算了滚子的最大载荷。在考虑输入轴载荷及转速等对疲劳寿命影响因素的同时,运用Lundberg-Palmgren寿命理论对该轴承的寿命进行了计算。结果表明,PE挤出机减速器输入轴双列调心滚子轴承寿命与实际相符。
The article focused on studying the bearing of input shaft in PE extruder speed reducer.The maximum load of the roller was calculated according to actual load of the bearing.After considering the influence of factors,such as,the input shaft load and the rotation rate,on fatigue life,the Lundberg-Palmgren Theory is further applied to calculate and predict the bearing's life.It proved that the calculated life of double-row spherical roller bearing of PE extruder speed reducer was consistent with the proctical result.
