摘要:气流床气化工艺在合成气激冷以及初步净化过程中会产生大量的高温含渣黑水,高温黑水在后续的多级闪蒸工艺处理过程中会产生一定量的低压闪蒸汽需消耗大量循环冷却水,同时排放大量含盐废水。为利用高温黑水含有的热能以及闪蒸系统副产的低压蒸汽,文中以粉煤气化工艺黑水处理系统为基础,提出了高温黑水回用和废水蒸发回收的系统优化方案,基于Aspen Plus软件建立了气化黑水处理工艺新流程,并进行了模拟计算。模拟结果表明:当黑水回用比为0.5时,对有效气产量为70 000 m3/h的粉煤气化装置而言,新流程系统总热效率由原来的90.65%提高到93.58%,合成气水气比由0.80提高到0.99;黑水闪蒸系统负荷减半,循环水用量降低45.64%,外排废水减少43.35%,黑水处理系统运行成本降低,实现了能量物质的综合利用。
Abstract :The quenching and primary purification process of syngas in entrained-flow gasification produce lots of high temperature black water containing fine slags. The high temperature black water is further processed by multi-stage flash unit which produces much flashing steam that consumes large amounts of recirculating cooling water with a great deal of brine wastewater discharge at the same time. In order to make a better utilization of energy contained in black water and the byproduct flashing steam generated by flash unit, process flow optimization was proposed by adding high temperature black water recycling unit and waste water evaporation reuse unit to the black water treatment process of entrained-flow pulverized coal gasification. The new process flowsheet was established and simulated on Aspen Plus platform. When the black water recycling ratio is 0.5, the results show that for a pulverized coal gasification system with a capacity of 70 000 m3/h effective syngas (H2 + CO) , the new process can improve the total thermal efficiency from 90.65% to 93.58% while the steam gas ratio of syngas increases from 0.80 to 0.99. The operation load of multi-stage flash system is Moreover, the discharged reduced by 50% and the consumption of recirculating cooling water is cut by 45.64%. wastewater is reduced by 43.35%. The total running cost of black water treatment is much lower. The new process makes a comprehensive utilization of energy and water resources.
