摘要：With the international finance competition aggravating and the financial integration deepening, the financial industry basic management pattern has had a remarkable change, and the mixed-management pattern has become the trend of the finance today. There is no uniform view of choosing which pattern in China's finance, even though it has much analyze in financial academia. On the basis of commenting the theory of current management pattern in financial industry, the paper tries to analyze the development and evolvement law of finance on the view of ecology, and to explain choose mechanism of financial management pattern by ecological basic theory, and then, this paper analyzes the ecological bedrock which China's financial industry is facing, and put forward choice proposals for China's financial management pattern.
