摘要:A new macrocyclic lactone named Hindsiilactone A (1), a new 5,8-quinoflavan named Hindsiiquinoflavan B (5), and three known compounds (Combretastatin D-2 (2), Combretastatin D-3 (3) and isocorniculatolide A (4)) were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract of the stems of Celastrus hindsii (Celastraceae). The structures were identified by UV, IR, HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR experiments, and the data were compared with the literature. The configuration of 1 was determined using X-ray crystallography for the first time. All of the isolated compounds were evaluated for cytotoxicity against four human tumor cell lines: NCI-H187, HCT116, BC-1 and HuH7. (C) 2013 Phytochemical Society of Europe.
