摘要：This paper studies the pollution transfer from the perspective of industry mobility, and studied the transfer by using data from 2003 to 2018 and Porter hypothesis is used to studied the pollution transfer. The results find that the weakly mobile pollution industries have not shown the "Pollution Heaven" effect. This study can provide a new perspective for explaining the current pollution industry transfer and help for more precise and reasonable environmental policies.
