摘要:NOVELTY - A hollow fiber film preparation method involves coating polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution on a hollow fiber basement membrane. The coated membrane is dried to prepare a hollow fiber permeable vaporization membrane. The PVA and nanometer inorganic material i.e. perfluorosulfonic acid (PFSA) solution, are added to prepare catalytic coating solution The catalytic coating liquid is coated on a hollow fiber pervaporation film and dried at room temperature. Hydrochloric acid is added with the catalytic coating liquid to prepare a functional hollow fiber film. USE - Method for preparing a hollow fiber film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the hollow fiber film in a simple, convenient and fast manner, without using any complicated device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A hollow fiber film preparation method involves adding high macromolecule material or inorganic material into N, N-dimethyl acetamide, N, N-dimethyl formamide and polyethylene pyrrolidone to prepare casting solution for preparing organic or inorganic hollow fiber film. The PVA solution is coated on a hollow fiber basement membrane in crosslinking solution and dried at room temperature to prepare hollow a fiber permeable vaporization membrane, where the cross-linking time is 20-40 minutes. The PVA and nanometer inorganic material i.e. PFSA solution, are added to prepare catalytic coating solution The catalytic coating liquid is coated on a hollow fiber pervaporation film and dried at room temperature. 5 wt.% of hydrochloric acid is added with the catalytic coating liquid to prepare functional hollow fiber film.
