摘要:随着全球贸易与电子商务的迅速发展,多式联运在运输业中的位置越来越重要,运输网络中的不确定需求为物流网络设计带来挑战。针对需求量存在的不确定性,设计了基于两阶段随机规划的中转点选址以及序贯决策的路径规划,进而实现经济高效多式联运网络的设计。通过与传统解决方法的对比研究,验证了本文所建模型的实用性及有效性,为多式联运网络的建立和科学运作提供了决策参考。
With the development of international trade and e-commerce, intermodal has become a keyplayer in transportation. However,the uncertain demands in transport network bring challenge for thelogistic network design. Aiming at the uncertain customer demands in multimodal transport, a sequential decision of terminal location and routes planning was designed based on a two stage stochastic programming model to accomplish the implementation of economical and efficient multimodal transportnework. Compared with the traditional model, the practicality and effec tivenes of multimodal transport network have been verified. Also,the study provides useful reference for design and scientific operation.
