摘要：都市女性白领是中国城市中产阶层中一个独特的社会群体。在社会转型加速期,从认同与建构的理论视角开展都市女白领研究,从社会结构和社会心理两个维度探讨都市女性白领的生产与再生产机制,分析和反思我国当下的都市女性白领在职业分化、收入分化、身份区分、关系建构等方面的行动逻辑,具有重要的理论与实践意义。
Urban female white-collars in metropolis are unique social group in China＇s urban middle class. In the accelerated phase of social transformation, it is of important theoretical and practical significance to research them from the theoretical perspective of identity and construction, to analyze their production and reproduction mechanism from the two dimensions of social structure and social psychology, to discuss their action logic in professional differentiation, income differentiation, identity and relation structures etc.
