摘要：风险管理作为管理学的一个分支,涉及多个学科的交叉和融合,具有理论综合性和实践应用性强的双重特点。案例教学一直是提升学生分析和解决问题能力的重要方式。本文针对传统案例教学中"学生参与度低""课堂讨论时间短"和"对案例缺乏深入了解和体会"等难点,运用MBA教学中的"行动学习法",对风险管理案例教学进行改革,提出基于目标导向、主动学习的风险管理案例教学新模式。
As a branch of management, Risk Management involves multi-disciplinary and cross-integration and it has dual characteristics of comprehensive theoretical and practical application. Case teaching has been an important way to enhance students＇ ability to analyze and solve problems. In order to solve the problems of traditional ease teaching such as low student participation, limited time for in-class discussion and the lack of understanding the case background, the paper uses Action Learning of MBA in the Risk Management case teaching reform, and proposes new case teaching mode of goal-oriented and active learning.
