摘要:为查明某烟机静叶固定螺栓的断裂原因,对螺栓的成分、断裂形貌和材料性能等进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓断裂为脆性断裂,螺栓的伸长率、断面收缩率偏低和材料中存在较多的硫元素是螺栓失效的主要原因。建议选择对高温硫化腐蚀不敏感的材料制造螺栓,并优化热加工工艺。
The failure analysis of blades was performed in terms of composition analysis,fracture morphology observing and mechanical tests to find out the fracture reason of bolts in tobacco machinery fixed blade.The results show that the fracture of the bolts was brittle rupture.The relatively low elongation and area reduction of the bolts and the relatively high content of sulfur element in the material were main causes of failure.It is suggested to select materials insensitive to high-temperature sulfidation for preparing the bolts and optimize thermal treatment processing.
