摘要：利用社会资源,依托高效的节水技术和产品,实施合同节水管理不仅是政府倡导,用户端所需要的,也是提升节水工作水平和效益的有效举措。目前,作者在高校开展的合同节水管理工作中,在共同致力于寻求适合的项目之时,深知开展和落实合同节水管理工作的难度,力图通过长期的调研,慎重推出适合高校及住宿制类学校开展合同节水管理和节水技术改造的相关技术(设备)。针对合同节水管理工作开展和落实存在的困难和问题,针对所推出的技术(设备)的工作原理、技术特性、科学性、适用性、可操作性、高节水率以及社会经济效益等方面展开分析。
The use of social resources, relying on efficient water-saving technology and products to implement contract water-saving management is not only the level of government advocacy, user-side needs, but also effective measures to improve the level of water-saving work. College and universities are currently carrying out and implementing the contract water-saving management work, jointly committed to the search for suitable projects, the author’s in this article is on long-term water-saving work in practice and well aware of the difficulty of carrying out and research, carefully find out suitable approach for colleges and residential schools to carry out contract water-saving management and water-saving technology renovation of related technologies(equipment). In regard to difficulties and problems in the implementation and implementation of contract water-saving management, analysis of the working principle, technical characteristics science, applicability, operability, high water-saving rate and social and economic benefits of technology(equipment).
