摘要:概述了国内外汽轮机一体化转子材料的发展历程,分析了化学成分和制造工艺对一体化转子钢的影响,并对6种转子材料的性能进行了比较,指出:随着发电设备向高参数、大型化发展,汽轮机一体化转子的服役性能和制造技术面临新的挑战,应采用更先进的冶炼、铸锭、锻造和热处理工艺优化一体化转子材料,并对长期服役后转子材料的演化规律开展深入研究.
The developmental progression of the material for the combined rotor of the steam turbine manufactured at home and broad was summarized. The effects of chemical composition and manufacturing technics on the steel of combined rotor were analyzed. And the comparison was done among six kinds of the rotor's material. It is pointed out that the service performance and manufacturing technology of the combined rotor of the steam turbine are now facing new challenge. More advanced technologies of smelting, ingot casting, forging and heat treatment will be applied to optimizing the material of the combined rotor. Besides, indepth research on the evolvement patterns of the rotor's material in service over a long period of time was developed.
