摘要：科技型中小企业作为知识经济时代增长的核心,日益成为推动经济发展的主要动力。本文通过对上海市259家科技型企业的问卷调查,分析科技型企业在不同生命周期的融资结构、遇到的融资问题和解决途径,并结合现有政府资助政策及其效应提出了建立适合我国科技型企业技术创新的融资支持体系的若干建议。
As the hard-core of growths in Knowledge Economy era,small-and medium-sized scientific enterprises has increasingly become the main force on pushing economic development.Through surveying on Shanghai＇s 259 scientific enterprises,this paper analyzes the financing structure,financing problems and relevant countermeasures of scientific enterprises in different lifecycles.Also the paper would put forward some suggestions on building supportive financing systems fitting well with scientific enterprises in our country,based upon the existent governmental sponsorship policies and their aftereffects.
