摘要:为实现在变电站等环境下对复合支柱绝缘子界面缺陷进行高效率的无接触检测,构建复合支柱绝缘子界面热波模型,并提出复合支柱绝缘子界面缺陷的无损检测方法。该方法是在红外热波技术的基础上,利用热波频域特征和统计特征重构热图,以实现不同深度热波信号的提取和热波物理特征的分离。该文推导含界面缺陷的复合支柱绝缘子热波表达式,构建界面热波模型;根据热波的频率特性和统计特性,提取热波的频域特征和统计特征;对制备的含界面缺陷人工试样展开试验研究,分析原始热图序列,得到了热波在不同尺寸界面缺陷上的传播特点;基于热波特征重构热波的幅值图、相位图和主成分重构热图;对比分析原始热图、幅值图、相位图和主成分重构热图,发现主成分重构图具有最优的缺陷检出率和信噪比。研究表明,该方法能够非接触地对复合支柱绝缘子毫米级界面缺陷实现检测,且主成分重构热图能够有效提高检测效果。
In order to realize the effective non-contact detection of interface defects of composite post insulators in substation,the interface thermal wave model of composite post insulator was established in this work.Besides,this work also proposed a nondestructive detection method based on active infrared thermography.In this method,frequency domain features and statistic features were used to reconstruct the thermal image based on infrared thermal wave method in order to extract different depth of thermal wave and separate physical characteristics of thermal wave.In this paper,the expression of thermal wave was derived,and interfacial thermal wave model was established.Besides,frequency domain features and statistic features were extracted based on frequency characteristics and statistical characteristics of thermal wave.The artificial samples with interface defects were studied,and characteristics of the propagation of thermal wave on different size of defects were obtained by analyzing the original thermal image sequences.Besides,the amplitude image,phase image and principal component(PC) image of thermal wave were obtained based on the features.By comparing the original thermal image,amplitude image,phase image and PC reconstruction image,it is found that PC reconstruction image has the optimal defect detection rate and signal-to-noise ratio.Research shows this method can detect the mm level interface defects of post composite insulators in non-contact way,and the PC reconstruction image can effectively improve detection effect.
