摘要：加强工程伦理教育,把公众的安全、健康和福祉放在首位,是新的历史时期对未来工程技术人才提出的新理念、新要求,是工程顺利开展的基本保障。本文介绍了华东理工大学针对化学工程领域工程硕士专业学位研究生强化工程伦理教育的实践经验,从工程实践、教材学习、基地培训等方面入手,说明了强化工程伦理教育、树立正确的工程伦理观念、加强工程伦理学习的重要性。展望未来,我们将在工程伦理教育与专业实践相结合的培养目标、培养方案和案例教学等方面进一步开展工作,以期培养更多具有优秀工程文化素养、德才兼备的高层次工程技术人才。
Reinforcing engineering ethics education, and putting the public safety, healthy and welfare with high priority, is a new concept and requirement for engineering and technology talents in the future. It is also the fundamental guarantee for successful engineering development. The practice of reinforcing engineering ethics education of professional master majored in chemical engineering in our university is intreduced in this paper, and we also emphasize the importance of reinforcing engineering ethics education, setting up a proper concept and enhancing the study of engineering ethics, from the aspects of engineering practice, textbook study and base training. In the future, we will further work in training objectives, training programs and practice case teaching, hoping to cultivate more high-level engineering and technical talents with excellent engineering quality and both ability and political integrity.
