摘要：介绍了基于DeltaV、组态王等多种监控软件混用的德士古水煤浆气化炉炉温监控系统。首先利用DeltaV提供的Excel-Addin接口软件将下位机DeltaV系统采集的实时数据放在Excel中;然后采用NetDDE连接技术实现VB对Excel的数据访问,并用VB编写数据采集以及炉温软测量程序。最后通过组态王提供的DDE实现VB和组态王的数据交换,运用组态王开发炉温监控系统操作界面,实现对炉温的实时软测量。
The monitoring system for temperature in Texaco slurry gasifying furnace based on Kingview, DeltaV and multiple monitoring software is presented. First, by using Excel-Addin interface software offered by DeltaV, the teal-time data gathered by DeltaV system are put into Excel. Then, by using NetDDE connecting teehnology, data accessing of VB to Excel is implemented. The programming of data acquisition and soft measurement of temperature in furnace are compiled by VB. Finally, data exchange between VB and Kingview is realized through DDE Pn）vided by Kingview. The operating interface is developed with Kingview to implement teal time soft measurement of temperature of furnace.
