摘要:研究了炭化温度对芳基乙炔聚合物基碳/碳复合材料性能的影响,结果表明:随炭化温度的升高,复合材料的热失重、线收缩、本体密度和孔隙率增加,而弯曲强度则下降;炭化温度低于600℃时,复合材料的体积密度和弯曲模量随炭化温度的升高而下降;在600~900℃炭化时,体积密度和弯曲模量随炭化温度的升高而升高.
In this paper,the effects of carbonization temperature on the properties of polyarylacetylene(PAA resin) matrix carbon/ carbon composites is studied.The results show that the weight loss,linear shrinkage,bulk density and porosity of composites increase with the temperature rising,but flexural strength decreases with temperature rising.When carbonization temperature is below 600℃, volume density and flexural modulus decreases with the temperature rising.When carbonization temperature is between 600℃ to 900℃,the volume density and flexural modulus increases with the temperature rising.
