摘要：40年代中后期是中国民间期刊发展最为迅猛的时期之一,尤其是自由主义的政论性期刊,不仅数量大增,且极具影响力。遗憾的是,学界的相关研究寥寥无几。文章试图对当时的自由主义期刊作一点初步梳理,并选择其中最具代表性的《观察》、《世纪评论》、《新路》作为分析范本,同时对自由主义报刊特有的“独立的、客观的、超党派的”立场予以展示和探究。
The middle-late 1940＇s is one of the periods during which the nongovernmental Periodicals developed most rapidly in China, especially the Political periodicals of liberalism. In that time, the Political periodicals of liberalism increased in quantity and exerted great influence, but pitifully, very few studies are about them in academic circles. Choosing the most representative periodicals as analysis samples, such as Observe, The Century Critic, The New Road, the paper is intended to explore the political periodicals of liberalism initially during the period, and probe into the ＂Independent, Objective and Non-party＂ standpoint of the political periodicals of liberalism.
