摘要:生产调度问题是企业生产过程中的重要组成部分,合理、有效的调度方案尤其对提高间歇过程的生产效率和经济效益具有重要的意义.针对中间存储时间受限的间歇式调度问题,考虑了它本身具有的特殊性,提出了不同的约束条件,建立了相应的数学模型,并且结合基于生物免疫体系理论的智能方法———免疫算法的特点,提出了解决此类问题的免疫调度算法.通过仿真试验,表明了模型的有效性和算法的可行性.
Production scheduling is an important component in enterprise's production process, and a rational and effective scheduling scheme especially is vital to improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of the batch plant. Has analyzed the particularity that it has, and put forward different restraint conditions, a new model of flow shop problems with finite intermediate storage has been set up. And a new approach is proposed, which combined with the characteristics of the immune algorithm. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm.
