摘要:以受限容器内多喷嘴对置射流下的流体流动特征为基础,分析了Shell粉煤气化炉内的流场特征,发现炉内存在5个特征各异的流动区域,即射流区、撞击区、撞击扩展流区、回流区和管流区。从气化炉内主要的化学反应着手,结合流动、混合与化学反应的相互影响,分析了炉内各流动区域的化学反应过程,建立了气化炉的数学模型,对气化过程进行数学模拟,预测了工艺条件对气化结果的影响。结果表明,有效气(CO+H2)产率随氧煤比的变化有一最佳值,随蒸汽煤比不同,对应的氧煤比在0.54Nm3/kg~0.56Nm3/kg之间。有效气产率随蒸汽煤比的升高而增加。
In this paper, the fluid flow characteristics of Shell pulverized coal gasifer was analysed based on flow pattern of multiopposedburner jet in confined vessel. The results show that there are five flow regions possessed different characteristics in the gasifier, which are jet flow region, impinging jet region, impinging jet developing stream region, recirculation stream region and tube stream region. The chemical reactions governing the process were analysed combined with fluid flow patterns. A Mathematic model has been presented for Shell gasifer. The industrial gasifier simulation have been made and the effects of operation conditions on gasification have been predicted using the model. The results show that there is a optimum yields of effective gases (CO+H2) along with the ratio of oxygen to coal. The optimum ratio of oxygen to coal is 0.54Nm3/kg~0.56Nm3/kg in different ratios of steam to coal. The yields of effective gases (CO+H2) increases along with the increasing of ratio of steam to coal.
