摘要：文章通过上海市社会工作发展过程的经验分析,提出了中国社会工作实现本土化发展的必然途经是立足于政府主导的改革开放实际和社会发展的稳定主题。
Through an empirical analysis of social work development process in Shanghai, this thesis aims to identify that the necessary channel to realize the localization of social work in China should be based on the government-led reform and opening-up policy and the stability of social development.
