摘要：NOVELTY - A cyclopropane carboxylic acid ester hydrolase, where it is one of the following protein: (a) a protein having the sequence of fully defined 275 amino acids (SEQ ID NO: 2), given in the specification; or (b) a protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, where one or some amino acid have substitution, deletion or addition and having a cyclopropane carboxylic acid ester hydrolysis activity of the derivative proteins, is new. USE - The cyclopropane carboxylic acid ester hydrolase is useful for preparation of 2,2-dimethyl cyclopropane carboxylate, and (S)-2,2-dimethyl-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The enzyme has high selectivity, reaction condition is mild, and has good industrial application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a nucleic acid encoding the protein above; (2) a recombinant expression vector comprising the nucleic acid; (3) a recombinant expression transformant comprising the recombinant expression vector; and (4) a method for preparing recombinant cyclopropane carboxylic acid ester hydrolase, involves: culturing the recombinant expression transformant to obtain recombinant expression of cyclopropane carboxylic acid ester hydrolyase.
