摘要：立德树人是高校的根本任务,是检验学校一切工作的根本标准。科研团队是高校育人资源最集中、育人优势最明显的阵地,其科研工作是高校“三全育人”的重要组成部分。主要围绕高校科研团队立德树人工作的意识、实践、机制、团队氛围、总体评价、重点和难点问题、意见和建议等方面进行调查研究,分析高校科研团队立德树人工作现状及存在的共性问题,探究解决问题的举措及提升立德树人实效的工作机制和实现途径,以促进育人实效提升。
“Morality education”is the fundamental task and the basic standard to inspect all the work of colleges and universities.Scientific research teams have the most centralized educational resources and the most obvious advantages in establishing morality in colleges and universities.Scientific research is also an important part of the“three-all education”.Through the investigation and research on the consciousness,practice,mechanism,team atmosphere,general evaluation,key and difficult problems,opinions and suggestions,etc.,this paper focuses on the current situation and common problems of“morality education”in the scientific research teams in colleges and universities in order to explore the working mechanism and more effective approaches which can improve the effectiveness of“morality education”in colleges and universities.
