摘要：Palladium-catalyzed coupling between aryl halides, especially less reactive ones or N-heteroaryls, and trimethylsilylacetylene in the presence of dimethylaminotrimethyltin generated the coupled products in high yields. The reaction does not need CuI and base as auxiliary agents.
