摘要:High performance wearable pressure sensors with facile and scalable fabrication method are needed for motion detection, health monitoring, human-machine interaction, etc Herein, a pressure sensor was fabricated based on UV-patternable silver nanowire/polydimethylsiloxane (AgNW/PDMS) composite. Unlike the patterning methods reported so far, the patterned AgNW/PDMS composite electrode is achieved by developing photosensitive PDMS through incorporating photoinitiator into the elastomer. The device exhibits sensitivity of 3.179 kPa(-1) (<2 kPa), cycling stability (10,500 cycles), rapid response/relaxation speed (24/74 ms), low detectable pressure limit (33 Pa), and linear temperature dependence, with potential applications in sensing the external stimuli and detecting human physiological signals. The scalable and highly efficient fabrication method as well as the high performance enable the sensors show to be applied for health monitoring, human motion detection.
