摘要:采用电刷镀技术制备了N i-石墨颗粒复合镀层,给出了N i-石墨复合电刷镀的工艺流程和镀液配方,讨论了石墨添加量与石墨共析量、电压与石墨共析量、石墨添加量与显微硬度、石墨添加量与磨损体积之间的关系。实验结果表明,增加石墨的添加量可提高微粒的共析量,当添加量超过120 g/L时,继续增加添加量,共析量变化不大;提高刷镀电压也会提高微粒的共析量,但电压过高会导致镀层质量下降。N i-石墨复合电刷镀可提高材料的耐磨性,是快速镀镍层耐磨性能的3.69倍。
The Ni-graphite composite deposit was prepared by brush plating. The process flow and bath formula of Ni-graphite composite brush plating were presented. The relationships between the amounts of graphite addition and graphite eutectoid, voltage and graphite euteetoid amount, graphite addition amount and microhardness, and graphite addition amount and wear volume were discussed. The test results show that increasing the graphite addition amount helps enhance the graphite eutectoid amount, which does not change significantly with the graphite addition when it is over 120 g/L; the rising voltage also helps increase the eutectoid amount, but too high voltage may lead to reduced deposit quality. Ni-Graphite composite brush plating can improve the wear resistance of material, and it is 3.69 times greater than that of raoid nickel plating.
