摘要:采用低温热解法处理上海高桥石油化工公司炼油厂的酸渣。在常压、300~500℃条件下热分解,可获得高浓度二氧化硫的热解气、低硫残炭和热解水。300℃热解时,酸渣中总硫量的93m%转化成二氧化硫;500℃时,总硫量的98m%转化成二氧化硫。二氧化硫在热解气中的浓度,在上述条件下分别为94V%和47V%。在300~500℃热解时,热解气中的三氧化硫含量均较低,仅占酸渣总硫量的1.0~1.5m%。采用低温热解法可回收酸渣中绝大部分的硫,获得的二氧化硫,可以考虑作为制取无水亚硫酸钠、液体二氧化硫或硫酸的补充硫资源。
Low temperature pyrolysis process was tested for the treatment of acidsludge from the Refinery of Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Corporation,Pyrolysis of the acid sludge at 300~500℃,under atmosphere pressure yieldshigh SO_2 content gas,low sulfur residual char and condensed water.Duringpyrolysis under 300℃,93% of the total sulfur in acid sludge was converted toSO_2;under 500℃,98% of the total sulfur was converted to SO_2.The conce-ntration of SO_2 in pyrolysis gas under said the conditions were 94% and 47%respectively.The content of SO_3 in pyrolysis gas was ratherlow,correspondingto only 1~1.5% of the total sulfur in acid sludge.With the low temperaturepyrolysis process,most of the sulfur in acid sludge can be recovered,and theSO_2 inpyrolysis gas can be used as the supplementary sulfur resource for theproduction of anhydrous sodium sulfite,liquid SO_2 and sulfuric acid.
