摘要：为提供学校体育资源与社区全民健身共享范式的个案指导,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实地调查法,在系统梳理上海市社区体育与学校体育资源发展现状的基础上,以上海市凌云社区和华东理工大学体育资源共享载体—"凌云—华东理工大学社区体育健身俱乐部"为个案,总结"高校—社区体育健身俱乐部"模式的借鉴价值。结果表明:该俱乐部在组织架构、制度建设、治理原则、人才配备、活动内容、信息共享等层面具有针对性、系统性、实践性,"凌云—华东理工大学社区体育健身俱乐部"的体育资源共享范式对我国全民健身的体育资源供给侧改革具有重要参考意义。
In order to provide the case guidance of the school sports resources and community National Fitness sharing paradigm,this study uses the methods of literature,expert interview and field research,on the basis of systematically combing the present situation of community sports and school sports resources in Shanghai,concludes the combination of Shanghai Lingyun community and East China University of Science and Technology Sports Resource Sharing Carrier-'Lingyun-East China University of Science and Technology Community Sports Club' as a case,to find out the reference value of Community Sports Fitness Club model.The results show that the club is concerned with the organizational structure,system construction,governance principles,talent allocation,activities,information sharing and other targeted,systematic and practical aspects,'Lingyun-East China University of Science and Technology Community Sports Club' sports resources sharing Paradigm is of great reference significance to the reform of sports resources supply side of National Fitness in China.
