摘要:采用涡耗散概念(EDC)模型,对某化工厂的GSP气化炉内多相反应流场进行了数值模拟研究。计算中采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型对雷诺平均后的N-S方程进行封闭;采用离散相随机轨道模型来模拟气化炉内煤颗粒的弥散运动;采用P1模型对燃烧的辐射传热进行模拟。计算结果表明:气化炉内为强旋射流流场,颗粒在气化炉顶部回流区、壁面和中下部回流区富集;炉内存在扩展火焰,且火焰末端与壁面接触;沿气化炉从上到下,温度先升高后降低;炉内CO和H2体积分数先减小后增大,而CO2和H2O的体积分数先增大后减小。
The eddy-dissipation-concept(EDC)model was used to simulate the multi-phase reaction flow field in the GSP gasifier of a chemical plant.The realizable k-ε turbulence model was applied to close the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equation for the gas phase flow,and the Random-Trajectory model was used to simulate the behavior of the coal particles in the gasifier.The P1 was adopted to model the radioactive heat transfer in the gasifier.The results show that it is swirl flow field in GSP gasifier,and the coal particles enrich on the wall and in the circulation region existed in the top and bottom of the gasifier.The gasification flame expends to the wall and the temperature decreases with the increase of the distance from the flame.Along the height of the gasifier,the volume fraction of CO and H2 decreases first and then increases,but the volume fraction of CO2 and H2 are opposite.
