摘要:用均匀沉淀法在强制水解的反应体系中合成出均匀的SnO_2超微粒子。探讨了SnO_2超微粒子的形成和控制机理;考察了不同的操作参数对粒子性能的影响规律。合成的粒子呈棒状,单个颗粒的粒径为5.3nm,团聚体的粒径为25nm左右,单分散性能十分良好(几何标准偏差为1.4)。经800℃热处理转变成金红石型结构的SnO_2。
Monodispersed SnO_2 ultrafine particles were obtained in 'forced hydrolysis' system by homogeneous precipitation method. The process of the nucleation and growth of SnO_2 ultrafine particles was investigated and the effects of the operation condition on the particle properties were studied systematically. The particles prepared are rod-like, the size of preliminary particle is 5.3nm, and the mean size of aggregate is about 25nm with narrow distribution (GSD=1.4). SnO_2 of rutile type structure is obtained by heat treatment at 800℃.
