摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves adopting a digital mode of a self-developed hydraulic servo system of a pinch pass mill. Correlative parameters are determined in a digital mode, and a processing instruction (PI) parameter of a controller is determined. Simulation step length and time of the digital mode are set, and response curve obtained through simulation is analyzed. The parameter correlative to height of the oil column is set, and the parameter of the controller is adjusted. A ratio gain parameter and an integral gain parameter of the controller are matched with each other. USE - Variable gain optimization control method for a hydraulic servo system of a pinch pass mill of a cold-rolled even retreated unit. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes a variable gain optimization control process for the hydraulic servo system of the pinch pass mill under working conditions of a variable oil column and variable rolling force, and adjusts the control parameters of the real vehicles in an efficient manner.
