摘要:对低温、低压、高活性的 A30 1氨合成催化剂的本征动力学进行了研究。实验采用等温积分反应器 ,在 32 0°C~ 480°C、6.0 MPa~ 1 0 .0 MPa、50 0 0 h-1~ 30 0 0 0 h-1的条件下测定了反应器出口氨浓度 ,建立了 Temkin形式的动力学方程 。
The intrinsic kinetics of A301 ammonia synthesis catalyst is studied. An isothermal integral tubular reactor is employed to get experimental data. The concentration of ammonia at the reactor exit is analyzed under the conditions of temperature from 320°C to 480°C, and pressure from 6.0MPa to 10.0 MPa, space velocity from 5 000h -1 to 30 000h -1 . The components of H 2,N 2 and CH 4 are determined by gas chromatography, and a chemical analysis method is used to analyze the concentration of NH 3. The intrinsic kinetics model taking the form of Temkin kinetics equation is built, and the activation energy and pre exponential factor are obtained from the experimental data.
