摘要：学校社会工作嵌合发展是一个多元行动主体的协同过程。学校社会工作在角色定位与专业服务边界、行动磨合与多元主体关系、专业赋能与自主空间拓展等维度,呈现出嵌合发展的演进逻辑。在政府持续推动和学校自主购买的双重影响下,学校社会工作者通过环境体察与“在组织中工作”、“在做中学”与整合服务能力提升、保持文化敏感性与社会工作本土化,在专业服务中实现了组织嵌合、情境嵌合与知识嵌合,这正是学校社会工作嵌合发展的实践策略。开展学校社会工作研究,探讨学校社会工作与思政工作的协同发展,对于创新全过程育人学生工作机制,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
The chimeric development of school social work is a collaborative process of multiple actors. School social work presents the evolutionary logic of chimeric development in the dimensions of role positioning and professional service boundaries, action grinding-in and multi-subject relationship, professional empowerment and autonomous space expansion. Under the dual influence of the government’s continuous promotion and the independent purchase of schools, school social workers have improved their service capabilities through environment observation and “work within an organization”, “learning by doing” and integrated service capabilities, maintaining cultural sensitivity and localizing social work. The organization mosaic, situation mosaic and knowledge mosaic are realized in the professional service of social work, which is the practice strategy of school social work chimeric development. Carrying out research on school social work and discussing the coordinated development of school social work and political work has an important theoretical value and practical significance for the innovation of the whole process of educating students.
