摘要:The biodegradation technology of water-based drilling fluid from the ocean drilling plant was studied. The main pollutant of waste water-based drilling fluid is long-chain alkanes validated by GC-MS. A sequencing batch reactor with domesticated activated sludge had an effective biodegradability on the pollutants mentioned previously. In the first step, 0# diesel oil sold in the market was accommodated to simulate the environment of water-based fluid to make the activated sludge has certain adaptability. In the second step, waste water-based drilling fluid with the concentration increasing gradually was accommodated directly to domesticate the activated sludge deeply. The results show that, chemical oxygen demand removal ratio over 80% is achieved. Biodegradation ratio of the long-chain alkanes is 8393% by the microorganisms and short-chain alkanes are easier than long-chain alkanes while n-alkanes are easier than isoparaffin.
