摘要:针对聚合物/表面活性剂(SP)二元复合驱采出液油水分离困难的问题,开展破乳脱水研究。评选了9种聚醚、阳离子和有机硅破乳剂的破乳效果,发现以丙烯酸改性酚醛树脂聚醚ECY-05和阳离子破乳剂ECH-02按4∶1复配的破乳剂HR效果最好。破乳温度50℃,沉降时间120 min,聚合物浓度在100~600 mg/L、表面活性剂浓度在200~1200mg/L范围内,当破乳剂HR用量为40 mg/L时,脱水率达到70%~95%。热-化学沉降后原油进一步采用电场处理,在电场强度1500 V/cm、温度50℃、电脱水时间20 min时,原油中含水小于1.0%。
It is difficult to treat surfactant/polymer(SP) flooding crude oil emulsion.In this paper,the oil/water separation had been researched by thermo-chemical settling and electric field method.Through screening experiments among the nine kinds of polyether,cationic and organic silicon demulsifies,acrylic modified phenolic resin polyether ECY-05 and cationic ECH-02 were selected,and the compound demulsifier HR was obtained by mixing ECY-05 and ECH-02 in the mass ratio of 4∶1,which had satisfactory dewatering efficiency(DE).the DE of simulated produced oily water,with polymer of 100~ 600 mg/L and surfactant of 200~1200 mg/L reached up to 70%~95% after being treated by HR demulsifier at the dosage of 40 mg/L at 50℃ for 120 min.The SP flooding crude emulsion was further treated by electric field at 50℃ and electric intensity 1500 V/cm for 20 min after thermo-chemical settling,and the content of water in the crude oil was below 1.0%.
