摘要：为了进一步了解我国体育经纪人与美国体育经纪人之间存在的差异以及我国体育经纪人目前存在的问题,通过对美国与中国体育经纪人的管理形式、发展状况进行比较分析,结果表明:我国现行体育体制下,经纪人行业发展存在许多问题,体育经纪人管理体制也需要及时改正。建议:改革现行体育管理体制,规范我国体育经纪行业,完善与更新国家相关政策。
The study is to understand the difference between the American and Chinese sports agents and the Chinese agents＇ present problems by analyzing the situation of management and the development. It shows that problems as sports agents management system need correction in time. Then soma suggestions are made： reforming the present management system, standardizing our sports agents industry and perfecting and refreshing some related national policies.
