摘要：This study empirically explains the impact of public employment services (PES) on the employment benefits of Chinese female migrant workers. The findings indicate that PES significantly improves employment benefits, and the transmission mechanism involves PES improving job skills and broadening social networks. Moreover, PES benefits are more pronounced for older, less-educated, and married female migrant workers.
