摘要：NOVELTY - beta -Tricalcium phosphate/polysebacic acid ester porous composite scaffold comprises polysebacic acid ester and beta -tricalcium phosphate scaffold. USE - The beta -tricalcium phosphate/polysebacic acid ester porous composite scaffold is used for promoting bone repair and/or growing cell. It is used for drug composition and as tissue engineering bone repair material or medicine carrier material. (all claimed) ADVANTAGE - The beta -tricalcium phosphate/polysebacic acid ester porous composite scaffold has porosity of 70-95%, average pore diameter of 300-500 mu m and maximum deformation before damage of 120-750%, and can withstand maximum compression strength before damage of 0.015-2 MPa. It has excellent toughness and good biocompatibility.
