摘要:以 GPC、NMR及 DSC等分析方法 ,研究了聚羟基丙酸乙酸 (PLGA)降解过程中 ,相对分子质量及其分布、吸水率、失重及玻璃化温度的变化 ,并探讨了 PLGA的体外降解机理。结果表明 :降解温度高于 1 0°C时 ,PLGA进行均相降解 ;温度低于 1 0°C时 。
Poly(lactic acid co glycolic acid), a biodegradable material, was widely applied in the field of system. In this paper, changes of molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, water absorption, polymer weight loss and glass transition temperature of PLGA during the degradation process were studied, and the degradation mechanism in vitro was also discussed. The results show that when the temperature is higher than 10°C, the PLGA film processes homogeneous degradation; on the contrary, it processes heterogeneous degradation.
